When sending emails to your account, we may encounter two types of bounces:
Hard Bounces occur when an email address is permanently unreachable because:
- The email address no longer exists
- The domain (e.g., @gmail.com) is invalid
- The email address was closed or deleted
Soft Bounces are temporary delivery failures that can happen when:
- Your inbox is full
- The email server is down or experiencing issues
- There are temporary network problems
